Why I Started This Podcast
I started this podcast because I know firsthand how hard it can be to stay healthy when you're running a business or leading a team. I've been there - dealing with health problems while trying to keep up with a demanding career. That's why at Tiger Medical Institute, we're on a mission to help 10,000 high-achieving professionals reach their best health by 2030.

Hey there! I'm Steve
I spent 20+ years as an entrepreneur constantly traveling and neglecting my health. By 50, I was sleep-deprived, getting only 2-3 hours of sleep despite lying in bed for six hours. I suffered from acid reflux, IBS, cramping, constipation, anxiety, fatigue, and brain fog, affecting my performance and relationships.
