About Tiger Medical Institute
Tiger Medical Institute is a physician-directed health and longevity practice for high-performing men, especially founders and executives who feel their energy, sleep, focus or resilience changing and want to understand why.
Based in Fernandina Beach, Florida, Tiger works with clients through an ongoing process rather than a one-off test or disconnected recommendations.
Who We Serve
Our focus is men in midlife who have spent years building companies, practices, careers and families. Many have been told their routine results look normal but still do not feel like themselves. Tiger helps them investigate the larger picture and work through a plan directed by a physician.
How Tiger Works
Tiger Activate is a 12-month process that combines multi-system assessment, a sequenced personal plan, ongoing coaching and retesting. For a first introduction to Tiger's approach, read The Hidden Crisis by founder Steve Adams.
Meet the Founder
Steve Adams built and exited a nine-figure company. In his early 50s, he experienced the gap between what routine tests called normal and how he felt day to day. That experience led him to start Tiger Medical Institute for men who want to investigate declining function rather than accept it as inevitable. He is the author of The Hidden Crisis.
